CHINOOKS Roast & Fried Chicken was first introduced to the market in January 2014. Founded by a Chinese Entrepreneur named Mr. Bernard Chua, the brand was launched as a mom-and-pop set up selling fried chicken in a busy street of Malabon City. In the year 2018, the owner began to offer roasted chicken.
The simple idea behind the name CHINOOKS was the word combination of “Chinese and Manok” and Roast & Fried Chicken as we offer both fried and roasted chicken. Proud to say that we are one the pioneers who provides Filipino-Chinese style roasted chicken and fried chicken in the metro. We introduce varieties of flavors that our consumers would definitely enjoy. For Fried Chicken we have Buffalo, Sweet Chili, Lemon Glaze, and Teriyaki. For Roasted Chicken we have Classic Unique and Sweet Spicy.
In just a short span of time, Chinooks had evolved and further improved the business by branching out to neighbor locations in Metro Manila to cater more customers with its existing flavors and twist of the Chinese style that everyone loves to relish.
To date, our brand aims to grow through franchising and be able to share our secret success as a chicken business that roasts with passion for our future business partners.
