Mr. KokioMr. Kokio is a locally owned food cart business brand. The owners of Mr. Kokio Food Cart is a couple and a local of Bacolod City, Mr. Park Namhee and Ms. Ruffa Elaine Park.

“Kokio” where the business name was derived means “cock a doodle doo”; its the sound of roosters in Korean. The main concept of Mr. Kokio is to serve authentic and delicious Korean style bite-sized chicken nuggets accessible and affordable to everyone. The Korean owner developed and perfected the distinct and addictive flavors of his homemade sauces, a fusion of Korean and Asian flavors and the cooking technique that makes anexquisitely crispy chicken nuggets.

In year 2017, Mr. Kokio decided to venture into a bigger market and provide snack and meal type on-the-go foods at value pricing, convenient packaging with an authentic Korean experience. Our main goal is to bring a new food concept to customers and to become a favorite food choice of Bacolodnons when it comes to quick food service snack/meal.

Bringing in the famous Korean style fried chicken in bite-size; we offer six different flavors for customers to choose from as well as some favorite sides that can complement well with the chicken like Potato Nuggets or Potato Balls. Believing that the only way to be steadily loved and patronize by customers in these very competitive markets of food cart business, is to maintain a satisfying yet affordable meals, Mr. Kokio will be steadfast in providing only the best food snack to everyone.
