Jan Kennard Liao, Happy Malasakit, Inc.’s is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Happy Bagnet in the Philippines. Having a Chinese bloodline, he grew in a family of businessmen lined in the food and electronics industry. Ever since he was a kid, he wanted to own a business. As a matter of fact, he started having his own business since childhood by selling anything from a “sari-sari store” to “halo-halo” during merienda at the comfort of his home. Growing up, he was interested in being a trainer so he got in the call center industry to provide for his family. Just within a year, he was promoted as a Trainer at his then young age of 23. Because of his commitment and hardwork, he was hired to be the Senior Training Manager and was assigned in different parts of the Philippines including Cebu, Pampanga, Cavite, Quezon City and at Mall of Asia.
At the heart of his continuous success, he and the entire team wanted to build their own business and so created Happy Bagnet. He personally believes in a family oriented and God-centered approach in managing the company, its partners and its customers.
