Winterbelle Bean & LeafWinter Belle is the newest Tea shop in town which offers a variety of Milk teas, Iced Blended, Coffees and Waffle Sandwiches. It was owned and managed by Ms. Jobelle Quimbo, a former barista with a degree in Business Administration, together with her fiance, Mr. Jerwin Nono, they opened Winterbelle. The name having been derived from combining their own first name’s. The primary branch was established in March 2015 in Talisay City, Cebu. With both owners being health advocates, the goal of making delicious and healthy drinks quickly gained success, showing promising signs of longevity. A second branch was opened in downtown Cebu City in the early months of 2016 with full hopes of replicating success.

The owners came up with the idea of serving unique, colorful, and house blends of healthy milk tea and coffee drinks that can compete with industry leaders in the country. The eye-catching layout and comfortability of the store attract customers to sit, sip, and chill. Winterbelle also offers snacks that are perfectly matched with the contemporary and innovative flavored drinks.
