Joe Kuan began its first operation with food kiosks in Manila and Quezon City.  It was a food parlor business developed by Joe Kuan Food Corporation (JFKC), which was established in 1986.  The company is also engaged in food manufacturing and retailing dimsum, siopao, siomai & noodles.
