Hernz Classic Ice Cream is a quality yet affordable ice cream created by PROUDLY FILIPINO FROZEN DAIRIES, INC. It was owned and operated by a Filipino couple who are natives of Bulacan. They came from the clan of HERNANDEZ-CRUZ who has been in the Ice Cream Industry for more than Fifty Years. They were also used to be a part and manufacturer of Milko Ice Cream.
PFFDI, as it is known today, has been registered and recognized with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 19, 2005. Moreover, as part of their expansion plans, it has already Depot Centers, Franchisees, Direct Dealers and Retailers in Metro Manila and nearby provinces and continues to saturate the other regions.

2. Valid IDs
- Resident certificate
- 6 Months Bank Certification
- Business Permit
- Sketch Map or Location of Business
3. Upon completion of the Marketing Manager shall conduct the initial interview
4. Locate and Secure Location
5. Finalize Lease
6. Sign Distributorship/ Franchise Agreement
7. Begin Crew hiring/training
8. Open Depot/Store
Must have the Capacity and Financial resources:
- Required to own a Cold Storage facility or Depot (for Distributor and Dealer)
- Required to invest on 100 Freezer for Sari Sari Store program
- Required to own a Delivery/Freezer Van and Motorcycle dedicated to this business
